1. What Data We Store

We only store information necessary for service access:

• User e-mail — used as account identifier.
• User ID (technical identifier) — created automatically.
• Subscription status (active or not, expiration date) — to provide access to the service.

We do not store:

• resume texts or any data entered in the editor;
• names, phone numbers, addresses, or other personal data from resumes;
• files uploaded by users;
• logs with personal data;
• cookies from our own service (except technical ones created by Supabase).

2. What Data We Do Not Collect or Save

We fundamentally do not process or store:

• personal data specified by users in resumes;
• resume processing results;
• any biographical or sensitive data;
• interaction history with the editor.

All resume text is processed in the service's RAM and is not saved to the database.

3. Data Transfer to Third Parties

We only transfer data to services without which Jobster Boost cannot function technically:

3.1 Supabase

Used for:

• user authorization,
• storing e-mail,
• storing subscription status.

Supabase acts as a data processor and only processes technical information for account operation.

We do not store passwords — this is managed by Supabase according to their security.

3.2 Lava.top

Used for payment and subscription processing.

We do not receive or save:

• bank card data,
• payment details,
• financial documents.

Lava.top processes this data independently.

3.3 Yandex.Metrica

Used only for general site visit statistics.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies beyond Metrica functionality.

4. How Information Is Used

The only processing purposes:

• create and maintain user account,
• provide access to paid subscription,
• ensure technical service operation,
• respond to support requests.

We do not use data for marketing or advertising purposes.

5. Data Deletion

Users can request account deletion by writing to: jobsterboost@gmail.com

After deletion:

• e-mail and subscription data are completely deleted,
• account recovery will be impossible.

6. Refunds

If the service did not meet your needs, users can request a refund within 7 days after subscription payment by writing to us.
